Third-party content we cannot fully control

The following are provided by third-party services. We do not control their code, structure, or styling, so some accessibility issues (e.g. contrast, focus order, or headings) may be reported by tools but cannot be fixed by us without changes from the provider.

• Eligibility and contact forms (Tally): Our eligibility checker and other forms are embedded from Tally in iframes. We cannot control form field labels, input border or focus contrast, heading structure (e.g. multiple h1), or keyboard behavior inside the form content.

We encourage these providers to meet WCAG 2.1 AA and will revisit our implementation when they offer more accessible options.
